Responsibilities
- Audit bills for sales tax
- Prepare necessary documentation and forms, and obtain signatures from the client
- Submit necessary forms to utility providers to reclassify utility accounts as tax-exempt
- Recover a potential refund from the utility provider or the state department of revenue
- Manage a pipeline of multiple clients
- 30-35% of the day is spent on the phone
