[Remote] Remote Spanish Conversion - Forex

They are seeking experienced Spanish-speaking Conversion Agents to convert leads into active trading clients and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Contact and convert inbound and outbound leads into depositing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Explain the company’s products, platforms, and services clearly
- Follow up consistently with leads via phone, email, and messaging channels
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with retention and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Skills

- Proven experience as a Conversion Agent in the Forex/Trading industry

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Target-driven with a strong motivation to earn commissions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a regulated environment (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
