Interior Designer

Aria Group is a collaborative, design-driven firm seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join their team. The role involves contributing to creative concepts and technical development of projects in the restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment space, while collaborating with the design team on various phases of project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in both the creative and technical development of projects from concept through construction
  • Collaborate with the design team to translate project vision into renderings, presentations, and detailed documentation
  • Assist with concept research, floor planning, and space massing while contributing to design features and construction details
  • Support the preparation of design, bid, and construction documents with a strong focus on precision in drafting and Revit modeling
  • Research and evaluate materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
  • Contribute to functional and code-compliant space planning
  • Assist with shop drawing and RFI reviews during construction
  • Actively participate in design problem-solving
  • Maintain clear communication with team members
  • Follow Aria Group’s established processes
  • Build a multidisciplinary skill set and expand knowledge of materials, building systems, life safety, ADA compliance, and current design trends

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 1-3 years of experience in an architecture or design firm
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required)
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment design is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, and Microsoft Office
