A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SUPERSTAR TUTOR
As a College Tutor, your ability to engage with students will foster strong, honest connections with students and their parents. If you have achieved academic success and have the skills to help others achieve the same success, we have the tutoring job for you.
The students youll work with vary from middle to high school students so extreme patience is key. Youll gladly provide students with academic assistance. Youll plan and prepare for each tutoring session using student and learning center resources. Youll evaluate student progress toward goals and determine appropriate courses of action.
WORKSCHEDULE
Confidence, dedication, and positivity might work around the clock, but we only need you to be available two or more afternoons during the week from 3pm-7pm and have Sunday availability to work with students in person at one of our Ann Arbor, Canton or Northville offices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Involved, organized Student with Subject specific expertise
- College Test Prep applicants must have scored in the 90% or above on their college entrance exam(s)
- Previous tutor experience a plus
- Ability to tutor one-one-one in-person, virtual and remote learning settings
- Travel may be required with reliable transportation to and from tutoring locations
- Ability to tutor in person at one of our office locations
