Customer Success Specialist II

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with our enterprise customers. You will be working closely with customers to promote retention and provide an overall positive experience. You will engage with existing customers to align business outcomes, creating clear success criteria and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will work under the Professional Services department while building cross functional relationships with the Sales team and IT/engineering production teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and deliver successful outcomes that align with the expectations defined and agreed upon in sales and project requirement documents
  • Develop a governance model that ensures engagement with customers that provides transparency and alignment across all internal and external stakeholders (Production, IT, and Executive leadership)
  • Build a strong partnership with Symbeo sales team, and develop customer relationships to assist in managing pre-sales expectations, and customer escalations
  • Be accountable for understanding, monitoring, reporting and cultivating customer satisfaction across your portfolio of Enterprise customers
  • Understand the success profile of strategic and premium customers, nurture relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide effective tracking and communication to customers regarding Symbeo services, products, upgrades and changes
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Strong presenter who can enthusiastically lead a presentation that influences audiences and drives consensus across both external customer and internal Symbeo stakeholders
  • A calm, professional leader who can handle high pressure and complicated customer expectations with shifting and evolving priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, possess interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or relevant work experience

PAY RANGE: CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time. For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
