The business development executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands outstanding inter-personal skills. The executive is encouraged to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organizations products/services. The types of selling include, solution selling of engineering services and digital engineering. This is a remote role work from home office, travel required up to 50%.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with designated partners to achieve status, certifications, and publicity.
- Develop our system integration business partner model and identify new sales leads while maintaining fruitful relationships with prospects & maintaining call details in Salesforce.
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Researching the needs of prospects and learning who makes decisions about purchasing, attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Contacting potential clients and partner sales executives to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Planning and helping prospects understand the value of our solutions and coordinating new marketing initiatives.
- Structuring and shaping deals for value, demonstrating, and providing input on Capgemini offerings.
- 8-10 years of Sales experience selling engineering and design services with strong knowledge, understanding of clients business with strong client references of 6+ years and consistent track record to build senior-level client relationships.
- Strong background in solution selling Digital Engineering, Manufacturing and Design with ability to lead one large or multiple small programs..
- Ability to sell creative, sophisticated business models to the clients, with experience selling to high tech sector and cross selling into other domains.
- Won and led deals of $5-10 million independently, passionate about value selling and high-value models of selling.
