Verification & Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous reviews of entered data, cross‑checking against original sources to guarantee integrity, consistency, and compliance with industry‑standard validation rules. Confidentiality Management: Safeguard protected health information (PHI) and other sensitive data by adhering strictly to HIPAA‑aligned security protocols and internal privacy policies. Team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with remote teammates—including data analysts, project leads, and IT support—to resolve discrepancies, share best practices, and maintain a unified data quality standard. Data Cleanup & Enrichment: Participate in scheduled data cleansing cycles, identify duplicate or outdated records, and enhance datasets with supplemental information when appropriate.
