Senior Motion Designer - Remote (6073)
itD is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creation and delivery of high-impact motion graphics that elevate corporate communications, training, and explainer content. This role drives visual storytelling excellence, strengthens brand consistency, and accelerates production quality across the creative team through hands-on execution and workflow improvements. Location: Remote (U.S.-based; Eastern/Central time zone preferred) We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end motion design for explainer videos, infographic animations, training content, and corporate communications.
- Develop polished animations in Adobe After Effects with speed, precision, and consistency.
- Design scene layouts and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Edit video and audio content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition.
- Collaborate with video editors, instructional designers, and content owners to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
- Improve production workflows, asset libraries, and creative best practices to increase team efficiency and output quality. Internal Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications
And Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or a closely related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects with a proven ability to deliver clean, dynamic animations.
- Advanced graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Hands-on video and audio editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition.
- Demonstrated experience producing explainer videos, infographic-style animations, or training video content.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards under tight deadlines.
