Key Responsibilities

• * Design trend-setting, sustainable fashion collections for eco-conscious brands.
• * Conduct in-depth research on sustainable materials and practices to integrate into your designs.
• * Develop digital prototypes and technical packs for production teams.
• * Collaborate virtually with marketing, product development, and sourcing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• * Stay updated on the latest trends in sustainable fashion and implement innovative techniques.
• * Ensure all designs meet environmental standards and ethical production guidelines.
• * Present design concepts and mood boards to stakeholders and clients.
• * Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining sustainability objectives.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Sustainable Fashion, Textile Design, or a related field.
• * Proven experience in sustainable or ethical fashion design.
• * Proficiency in digital design tools such as CLO 3D, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other CAD software.
• * Strong knowledge of eco-friendly textiles, circular design principles, and low-impact production methods.
• * Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities.
• * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting deadlines.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design, with at least 1 year focused on sustainable fashion or eco-friendly brands.
• * Experience collaborating with international teams or clients in a virtual setting is highly desirable.
• * Demonstrated portfolio of sustainable fashion projects is required.
• Working Hours
• * Full-time, remote position.
• * Flexible working hours, with core collaboration hours between 10 AM – 3 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.
