Real Estate Sales & Marketing Intern

Description * Arrange and assist online and offline inspections * Contact buyers and sellers * Help buyers (and sellers) understand the buying and selling procedures, from supporting documents, payment terms (including SD, signing of agreements and contracts) to inspections, furniture reservations, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the procedures. * Assist in the preparation and proofreading of materials and documents, and contact with lawyers * Establish a strong customer base and manage existing customers * Work closely with our marketing team to participate in digital marketing, such as video recording, live broadcasting, and generating content that introduces real estate and related information Requirements * Must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese in order to communicate effectively with customers * Be able to discover and understand the needs of customers, including budget, location, purchase method and move-in time, etc. * Understanding the local housing market, bank loan application, stamp duty and taxation will be an advantage * Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential * Ability to establish good customer relationships * Good track record of reaching and surpassing goals Lettings Intern Location: London Description * Collect & return keys at concierge * Viewing at the appointed time * Introduce the interior of the leased property * Introduce project advantages & community facilities * Project locations are generally in the 1-2 districts of central London Requirements * Serious work attitude and careful enough * Can communicate well with tenants * Punctuality * Accurate sense of direction * The time is relatively flexible (especially on weekends) Marketing Intern- Digital Marketing Location: UK, remote Description 1.
