Position Overview

We are seeking a results‑driven Insurance Sales & Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in San Pablo, California. This role focuses on selling non‑standard automobile insurance policies to new and existing customers, while delivering the high‑touch service that defines arenaflex’s brand promise. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by engaging inbound leads and walk‑in prospects, converting them into satisfied policyholders.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive outreach, policy reviews, and cross‑selling opportunities.

  • Accurately record all financial transactions, deposit funds promptly, and maintain meticulous documentation within the agency management system.
  • Educate customers on the nuances of non‑standard auto coverage, recommending products that align with each client’s unique risk profile and budget.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional post‑secondary education is a plus.

Compensation & Incentives

arenaflex offers a competitive base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure that rewards high performance. Total annual compensation typically ranges from $60,000 to $160,000, with top producers earning well beyond the upper tier. In addition, a sign‑on bonus of up to $3,500* is available for qualified candidates.
