Job Summary

As a Data Entry Operator / Checks Processor, you'll play a critical role in our high-volume check processing and data entry operations. You'll be responsible for physically sorting, scanning, and keying in checks daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our processing workflows. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent typing skills, then this role might be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Physically sort, scan, and key in checks daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our processing workflows

• Organize checks and prepare them for shipping
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work
• Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to meet productivity and quality standards
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets, as set by management
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Skills and Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in your work

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume workloads
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
• Previous data entry experience, preferably in a high-volume check processing environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, as required for the role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in data entry or a related field preferred

Requirements

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
