Your Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: ### Customer Service
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Track and resolve customer issues or route them to the appropriate department
- Maintain clear, accurate records of all customer interactions
- Coordinate scheduling or updates between clients and field/project teams
### Data Entry & Administrative Support
- Accurately input and update project, billing, and contact data into internal systems
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms
- Assist in preparing digital documents, reports, and job status summaries
- Support administrative duties for the operations, accounting, and field teams
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with phone/email interactions in a remote setting
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM, construction management tools, or job-tracking software is a plus
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks independently
