Key Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing internal chat leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with our caregivers and clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and updates on chat lead status, including client and caregiver information
  • Collaborating with our caregiving team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care services
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our caregivers, clients, and their families
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in care delivery

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and their families
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using technology, including chat platforms and software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in caregiving, customer service, or a related field
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Certification in caregiving or a related field (e.g., CNA, HHA)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
