Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, or social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers by providing the information they require, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Tracking bad reviews and support cases to identify problems and resolve them
  • Suggesting and making changes to improve operational workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement customer-centric solutions that drive business growth and customer loyalty

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Up to 2-3 years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Verbal and written fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Knowledge of Internet services and software technologies, including CRM systems and helpdesk software
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and SQL is a plus, but not required
  • Self-organized and great time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Quick to adapt to changing situations, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to respond quickly and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
