About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues. You'll assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, provide support for policy changes, and make recommendations to meet policyholders' needs. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns.

Responsibilities

* Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues

  • Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested
  • Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
  • Collaborate with the team to find innovative solutions to customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to consumer concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)

  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • 6 months of call center experience (preferred)
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

* Internet Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN + Proof of internet speed required
