Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter financial and account balance data provided by financial institutions, meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of data entry tasks, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting.
- Deadline Management: Process data within the same day of receipt, adhering to strict service level agreements and meeting deadlines.
- File Handling: Rename and split large files promptly after training, maintaining a well-organized digital and physical filing system.
- Mail Operations: Operate envelope inserters and other mail equipment efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate mail processing.
- Mail Sorting: Sort incoming mail by type of data, ensuring accurate categorization and routing.
- Follow-up: Contact financial institutions regarding requests with missing account information, including phone communication if necessary.
- Mail Pickup: Occasionally pick up mail from the nearby Post Office, ensuring timely receipt and processing.
- Additional Duties: Perform other department responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess:
- Education: A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma is required.
