Responsibilities As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, booking changes, cancellations, and more. * Troubleshooting customer issues with tickets, reservations, flight schedules, and travel preferences. * Handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner while ensuring resolution. * Processing and updating customer information and flight details accurately in company systems. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and promotional offers. * Assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient operations. * Promoting and maintaining a positive company image by upholding arenaflex's customer service standards. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, positive attitude. * Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. * High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred but not required). * Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. * Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital communication platforms (email, chat, etc.). * Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with arenaflex's policies.
