Job Responsibilities

As a Distributed arenaflex Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions, demonstrating a deep understanding of pharmacy terminology, prescription medications, and insurance coverage.
  • Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, utilizing CRM software to document interactions and track customer feedback.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, leveraging effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, promoting a customer-centric approach.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed as a Distributed arenaflex Customer Support Representative, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
