Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Live Chat Customer Service Manager to lead our customer experience efforts and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to incoming queries, converting leads to sales, and building trust with our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to all incoming queries from potential customers in a timely fashion, with detailed and convincing responses that give confidence to the buyer and develop trust.

  • Convert incoming queries from potential customers to new orders.
  • Respond to all incoming queries from active customers whilst their order is being processed.
  • Respond to all incoming queries from old customers.
  • Log number of leads and sales at the end of each shift.
  • Utilize an AI tool to help answer questions in a convincing way, and record questions that require further research to build responses for the tool.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer experience role, with a focus on live chat or messaging support.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building trust and confidence with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with AI tools and technology, with a focus on utilizing them to enhance customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote work environment, with a focus on managing multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Knowledge of the US company registration industry, with a focus on LLC and EIN registration services.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a focus on tracking leads and sales.
  • Certification in customer service or customer experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
