Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you. About the Role: We are seeking a talented Sr. DevOps Engineer to join our Falcon Complete DevOps team. In this role, you'll ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement across our purpose-built applications in both commercial and GovCloud environments. You'll partner with Falcon Complete teams to optimize infrastructure, automate processes, and enhance the reliability and scalability of our systems. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Golang, DevOps practices, web application development, and modern CI/CD pipelines. Experience with UI frameworks, Python, AI-assisted development tools, and AI model integration is highly desirable. What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable applications through CI/CD pipelines to automate Falcon Complete processes
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate CI/CD best practices into the software development lifecycle
  • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure resources across development and production environments
  • Automate deployment, configuration, and scaling of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Enhance security measures and implement infrastructure and application security best practices
  • ikHelp establish strategy for our front-end ecosystem to support scalability and maintainability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, infrastructure, deployments, and performance
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

What You'll Need:

  • Familiarity with Golang and its ecosystem
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Strong CI/CD knowledge with hands-on experience (Jenkins, Bitbucket)
  • Experience developing browser extensions (Chrome or similar)
  • Experience with UI frameworks and front-end development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency in Python and experience with web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI)
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI model integration
  • Experience building highly available, scalable systems
  • Microservices architecture and serverless computing knowledge
  • Networking fundamentals and security best practices expertise
  • Performance tuning and system optimization experience

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $140,000 - $215,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
