The Syndication Strategist will develop and own content strategies for creators across platforms like Facebook, arenaflex, and MSN, ensuring optimal performance and growth. Responsibilities • Develop and own the syndication strategy for each creator across Facebook, arenaflex, and MSN/arenaflex Start • Identify which content should be adapted, how it should be structured, and what formats perform best on each platform • Build programming calendars that maximize growth, viewership, and revenue across formats and verticals • Optimize titles, thumbnails, metadata, editing, and publishing cadence to meet peak platform performance standards • Identify breakout potential in long-form creator content and steer editors on how to adapt it effectively • Analyze platform performance data to refine strategy, uncover insights, and drive continuous improvement • Work closely with content managers to ensure seamless scheduling, posting, and pipeline execution • Collaborate with editors to guide video cuts, platform-specific formatting, and quality control • Communicate clearly with creators about growth opportunities, performance results, and strategic direction • Evaluate which creators (both inside our 360 roster and external candidates) are the ideal fit for the Syndication Program • Build clear criteria and frameworks for determining creator viability, projected revenue, and required resources • Work with Talent Managers to pitch syndication services to high-potential creators • Support the Content Team in building scalable workflows, documentation, and systems for multi-platform content distribution • Help refine Fixated’s data dashboards, performance tracking, and reporting structures Skills • Deep content expertise and knowledge of one or more of the following platforms: Facebook, arenaflex Video, and MSN/Start • Experience repurposing long-form content for multiple platforms or optimizing content for growth in high-volume publishing environments • Strong instincts for platform-specific virality, thumbnails, titles, retention, and packaging • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategy • Excellent communication and collaborative skills, especially in working with creators, editors, content managers, and strategists • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment • A deep understanding of internet culture and what makes content break out across different audiences • Location: Los Angeles preferred.
