Workday HCM Consultant Location: Remote Job ID: #72012 Pay Range: $52-61 The deadline to apply is 02/06/2026 Job Description Seeking a skilled Workday HCM Consultant to support ongoing operations, configuration, and enhancements within our Workday HCM environment. This role will provide staff-augmentation support across day-to-day HCM activities, workforce changes, reporting, and functional support, while partnering closely with HR Technology and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable balancing operational execution with broader functional support across Workday HCM. Key Responsibilities • Provide functional and operational support across Workday HCM, including employee and contingent worker lifecycle events. • Prepare, format, and load EIBs to support workforce transactions such as hires, job changes, terminations, conversions, and organizational updates. • Configure and maintain Workday data to support staffing, organizational, and compliance-driven changes. • Develop, modify, and enhance Workday Reports, including Advanced Reports and calculated fields, to support operational, audit, and business needs. • Partner with HR Technology, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to assess requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions. • Support testing activities for configuration changes, EIBs, integrations, and ongoing system updates. • Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM processes. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of Workday experience • Strong hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in a production environment. • Demonstrated experience with EIBs, Workday web services, and transactional processing. • Solid experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced Reports and calculated fields. • Strong understanding of the Workday HCM staffing model, including Supervisory Organizations and Custom Organizations. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a staff augmentation, AMS, or post-go-live support model. • Exposure to additional Workday functional areas (e.g., Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, or Payroll interfaces). • Experience supporting workforce changes related to reorganizations, acquisitions/divestitures, or compliance initiatives. • Workday certification(s) in HCM or related modules.
