Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data to inform strategic planning and operational excellence across our Pharmacy and Retail Operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop business cases, and implement solutions that drive value and efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in driving business outcomes, improving processes, and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, summarize, and analyze data to inform strategic planning and operational excellence across Pharmacy and Retail Operations

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise techniques and practices concerning all aspects of Pharmacy and Retail Operations
  • Provide complex analysis of corresponding data to build business cases for device and operational process changes, enhancements, and improvements
  • Serve as an operational liaison for various initiatives to drive challenge execution and communicate relevant challenge information to stakeholders
  • Collect, analyze, make unique recommendations, and provide data pertaining to proposed applications to satisfy the business and strategic goals of Pharmacy and Retail Operations and the Company
  • Manage complex ad-hoc initiatives and analyses as needed
  • Plan, design, and deploy suitable reviews and tools
  • Collaborate across Pharmacy and Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, process improvement teams, and others to expand operational solutions
  • Coach, mentor, guide, and provide oversight to less senior Business Analysts

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analysis)

  • At least 1 year of experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of consequences and find solutions
  • At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server)
  • Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and improve processes
  • Experience communicating the impact of business analysis results on business leaders
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns)
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, inserting borders, inserting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, inserting headers and footers, and/or print scaling)
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, inserting a picture, converting slide format and template colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree or MBA

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analysis)
  • Retail Pharmacy experience
