About arenaflex's Operations & Customer Center
arenaflex's OCC is a 24/7 operation that supports our global network of flights. Our team is responsible for safely planning and monitoring over one million Delta flights annually. As a Graduate Intern, you'll be assigned to our Flight Control team, where you'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Intern, you'll have the chance to lead efforts in the following areas:
- Developing an Ethical Framework for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy and Guidelines: You'll work with our team to create a framework that supports the current and future workforce, ensuring that AI is used responsibly and ethically.
- Determining Opportunities for AI and Machine Learning: You'll assist in identifying opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to enhance decision-making capabilities and drive business results.
- Determining Data Requirements for Next-Generation Decision Support Tools: You'll work with our team to identify the data requirements needed to support next-generation decision support tools, enabling us to make data-driven decisions.
