Airport Customer Service, Cargo, and Clean Operations

Our Airport Customer Service, Cargo, and Clean Operations teams are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across 300 destinations, 52 countries, and six continents. We support over 22,000 airport operations professionals who work tirelessly to ensure our passengers have a seamless and enjoyable journey. As a Co-Op Project Manager, you'll work closely with our teams to:

  • Measure and analyze current performance: Identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance our operations.
  • Implement project management skills and practices: Apply industry-leading project management methodologies to drive efficiency, productivity, and performance.
  • Work across business units with various stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that impact multiple departments.
  • Provide process engineering and/or internal consulting services: Offer expert advice and guidance to our teams to optimize processes and improve customer experiences.
  • Participate in data collection efforts: Gather and analyze data to inform project decisions and evaluate the impact of proposed operational changes.
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing processes: Develop and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency, productivity, and performance.
  • Recommend ideas for new ways to provide optimal customer service: Develop and propose new ideas to enhance our customer experience and evaluate their impact.

Co-Op Program Overview

Our Co-Op Program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our Airport Customer Service, Cargo, and Clean Operations teams. As a Co-Op Project Manager, you'll work in one of these three teams:

  • Airport Customer Service (ACS): Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences across our airport operations.
  • Cargo (CGO): Work on projects that impact our cargo operations and ensure timely delivery of packages and freight.
  • Global Clean: Focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment for our passengers and employees.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Undergraduate students in pursuit of a bachelor's degree: In fields such as industrial engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation management, or similar.
  • Availability for three alternating semesters: Commit to working with us for three semesters, with breaks in between.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills: Effectively communicate with various levels of leadership and present yourself professionally.
  • Team-oriented and supportive of continuous improvement methodologies: Collaborate with our teams to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills: Apply industry-leading project management methodologies to drive efficiency, productivity, and performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential for this role.
  • Willingness/ability to learn new skills: Embrace new challenges and develop your skills to drive success.
