Position Summary The ServiceNow Product Owner – App Store is responsible for the end-to-end management and strategic advancement of the ServiceNow-based Application Store. This includes catalog governance, user experience, partnering with the Platform team on technical enhancements, and ensuring alignment with CSD 2.0, CMDB, and Software Asset Management (SAM) best practices. The role ensures that all catalog items are accurate, automated, compliant, and delivering an exceptional colleague experience. This role sits within, or partners deeply with, the Digital Workplace team and is accountable for: User-facing App Store experience, including interface design, navigation, and catalog usability Catalog completeness, ensuring all required applications are published, current, and governed Stakeholder engagement, including communications, adoption reporting, and intake from business partners Front-end changes, coordinated with the Platform team for feasibility and technical implementation Required Qualifications 7+ years of ServiceNow experience 5+ years experience managing a ServiceNow based, user-facing AppStore Strong understanding of CSD 2.0, SCCM/JAMF automation Familiarity with CMDB and SAM Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills Experience managing a large-scale software catalog Knowledge of SAM Pro, HAM Pro, Discovery Background in Digital Workplace, EUC, or Platform Engineering Education Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
