What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced full stack customer chat agents who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a customer chat agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers via live chat. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple conversations simultaneously, and using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Handle multiple conversations simultaneously, using your multitasking skills to manage your workload and prioritize customer requests
  • Use internal tools and knowledge bases to provide informed answers and resolve customer issues
  • Document every interaction, including customer inquiries, responses, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless customer support and continuous improvement

Requirements

* Type 40+ words per minute and write clearly

  • Can stay focused in a remote environment
  • Have basic computer and internet navigation skills
  • Are dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work
  • Can work a minimum of 15 hours per week

Equipment and Software

* A desktop or laptop computer with updated software

  • High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload)
  • Headset optional but helpful
  • Comfortable desk setup so you can stay productive during shifts

A Day in the Life

As a customer chat agent at arenaflex, you'll start your day by logging into your dashboard and reviewing any notes from the overnight shift. Your chat queue will start rolling in, and you'll be responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. You'll be using internal tools and knowledge bases to provide informed answers and resolve customer issues. After an hour or two, you'll take a break, stretch, grab a snack, and jump back in. Toward the end of your shift, you'll notice a customer left positive feedback, and your manager will drop a quick "Nice job!" message in Slack. You'll close out your sessions, update your tickets, and end your workday without having to change out of your hoodie.

  • No. You can start part-time and grow into more hours. Many of our top agents began with just 10-20 hours per week.

  • How often do I get paid?
