Job Description As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our online gaming community is a safe, engaging, and entertaining space for our players. Your mission will be to build rapport and develop long-lasting relationships with our players, while maintaining the solid reputation of our brand. You'll be responsible for: * Engaging in text-based online chats as a chat moderator * Welcoming and engaging players as they enter chat rooms, encouraging participation, and fostering a friendly atmosphere * Building rapport and developing long-lasting relationships with players * Maintaining the solid reputation of our brand * Meeting performance targets and contributing to the overall success of the chat room * Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with players through open communication * Providing regular updates on promotions, personalized services, and site-related information * Ensuring players follow chat room etiquette guidelines * Assisting players with information regarding the games and the mini games * Hosting scheduled chat games to entertain players Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent Dutch writing skills * Excellent communication, computer, and time management skills * Availability to work on shifts * Ability to build trust and positive relationships with customers through consistent engagement and interactive communication * Tactful and diplomatic approach to enforcing chat rules and guidelines while maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere * Diplomatic, patient, and able to handle demanding situations * Ability to work independently and within a team, prioritizing tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in online customer support * Familiarity with online gaming platforms and chat room etiquette What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and well-being of our employees.
