Job Summary Functions under the direction of the Application Manager, the Epic- Behavioral Health Analyst provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems. Requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis. Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodology. Able to lead and participate in project planning sessions. Ability to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. Able to manage projects with varying levels of complexity. The Epic- Behavioral Health Analyst works with project leaders on several aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines. This key player will promote excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of all software applications. Works with outside departments to promote, educate and train on current applications. Works with other members of the Xtensys staff, clinical and operational departments and other Xtensys team members to accomplish the goals established for the project.

Who You Are & What You’ll Bring You are a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional with a strong foundation in technology and/or healthcare who thrives in a dynamic environment. Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Business & Clinical Alignment

  • Skilled at gathering, translating, and communicating business or clinical requirements into scalable technical solutions to support application implementation and optimization.

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelors Information Technology or Bachelors Other, preferred
  • Epic Care Inpatient, Behavioral Health certification is required
  • Inpatient Rehab certification is a plus

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 25% (implementation milestones, etc.)

Physical Requirements

  • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
