Precision Engagement Project Manager (Omnichannel- Remote)

Compensation

Range: $50 - 60 per hour We are seeking a highly organized, Agile-focused Precision Engagement Project Manager to join our Omnichannel Experience team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our AI/ML-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring that complex workstreams are structured, tracked, and delivered with excellence. You will act as the primary expert in Azure DevOps (ADO), bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution across Data Science, Digital Excellence, and Activation teams. Responsibilities:

• Azure DevOps (ADO) Mastery: Build and optimize ADO project structures, dashboards, and sprints; maintain backlog hygiene and translate business needs into actionable epics, features, and user stories.
• Agile Workflow Orchestration: Facilitate Agile ceremonies-including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives-while managing standardized frameworks such as RACI charts and dependency trackers.
• Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain playbooks and templates for AI-driven omnichannel workflows to ensure consistent execution across the enterprise.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Partner closely with Data Science and Digital teams to integrate workflows, manage vendor documentation, and ensure clear communication of timelines and interdependencies.
• Reporting & Governance: Create progress and risk-tracking dashboards in Power BI or Excel and ensure all project documentation meets strict data governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Operations, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, digital operations, or omnichannel execution.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on, expert-level experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar enterprise PM tools.
• Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to document complex process flows and user stories.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms (Power BI experience is a plus).

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Certifications: Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), or PMP.
• Industry Context: Experience supporting omnichannel marketing, paid media, or marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
• Technical Collaboration: Familiarity working alongside Data Science teams or within technical development environments.
