What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, answering incoming communications, and conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through in every interaction.

A Typical Day

* Answer incoming communications from customers

  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

What You Bring to the Role

* At least 1 year of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
