Key Responsibilities

As an experienced full stack data analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performance Analytics and Forecasting: Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions. Analyze agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Measurement and Analytics: Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to analyze behavior and build/preserve reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to answer business questions with sound quantitative analysis and reproducible results.
  • Data Storytelling: Build compelling stories with data, using visualizations and presentations to communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Review and Document Management: Build, maintain, audit, and optimize reviews and documents used to system multiple programs. Manage packages essential to the business operation correctly under strict timelines.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience

in forecasting and analytics, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

Experience with time series forecasting techniques

and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques.

Proficiency in Python

, with experience in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.

Proactive curiosity

to understand the "why" behind performance, decisions, and other business outcomes.

Strong analytical skills

, with the ability to observe through tasks and complete projects on time.

Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills

, with the ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

Solid experience in statistical inference

and applying statistical rigor to analyses.

Knowledge of data visualization best practices

and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

Excellent SQL skills

, with experience in data modeling and querying.

Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of experience

in analytics or data science.

Education

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science, is required.
