Job Summary
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving business results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be the face of arenaflex in your area, responsible for maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
- Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Location and Work Environment
We are hiring Area Managers based on location preference and the business' current openings. Our Operations sites are located in various locations across the country, and you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Estimated Salary and Benefits
* Estimated salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with variable temperatures and weather
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
