Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our customer service teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. You'll work closely with our operations teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you'll be responsible for developing and implementing customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead high-performing customer service teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address customer concerns
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our customer service teams have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure that our customer service teams have the resources they need to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the airline industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the airline industry
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees from diverse backgrounds
