Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Editor to join our Production Department. As a Data Entry Editor, you'll be responsible for verifying mined data points are accurately placed in resident profiles and ensuring all Quality of Life metrics are represented in line with the resident's intentions. You'll work closely with our Production Manager to maintain turnaround times standards, adhere to person-centered data entry standards and formatting guidelines, and participate in weekly editor meetings and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

* Cross-checks data mining of written or verbal interviews to ensure accuracy in resident profiles and stories

  • Logs accurate time for each ticket to maintain efficient workflow
  • Maintains turnaround times standards:

+ Audio ticket turnaround: max 3 hours per audio hour + Paper ticket turnaround: max 0.5 hours per profile upload
