Compensation – Starting at $12.50 /hour

All new Customer Service Associates begin at a competitive starting wage of $12.50 per hour. Within your first year, you have the opportunity to earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through performance‑based raises, certifications, and successful completion of training milestones.
