Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering and updating information into our databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Live Chat Support: Providing prompt and courteous support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
