With a strong focus on product testing and development, we design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide real-time user feedback to companies and market research firms. Our goal is to ensure that products are properly certified and meet the needs of the market, ultimately driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Product Specialist – Entry Level, you'll be responsible for:
- Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
- Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
- Utilizing MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to follow specific instructions and maintain attention to detail
- A curious spirit and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Honesty and reliability
- Good communication skills (an asset)
- Be at least 18 years old
