Key Responsibilities

Mail Processing: Sort and process incoming mail, ensuring it's delivered to the correct destinations in a timely manner. Customer Service: Assist customers with a range of tasks, including selling stamps, helping with change of address forms, and providing information on mail hold management and rental box locations. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as managing mail flow, tracking packages, and maintaining accurate records. Sales and Support: Sell postal products and services, and provide support to customers on mailing and shipping options. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years old Be a U. S. citizen or lawful permanent resident Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Have excellent communication and customer service skills While prior experience is not necessary, having some background in customer service, administration, or a related field can be beneficial.
