Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Live Chat Agent to join our arenaflex team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat, email, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to their problems. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers through live chat, email, and phone
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and live chat support

Requirements:

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • High school degree or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
