Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and helping them navigate their health insurance and prescription benefits. You'll work from home, using your computer and phone to interact with our members and provide personalized support. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow with our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members by answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and helping them navigate their health insurance and prescription benefits
- Use your computer and phone to interact with our members and provide personalized support
- Work from home, using your own computer and internet connection
- Participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes 6 weeks of on-site training and ongoing support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to our members
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
- Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
- Reliability and compliance with certain standards
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
- Knowledge of health insurance and prescription benefits
- Experience working with a computer and phone in a customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
