Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing innovative solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns related to healthcare services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate

- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills

- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
