Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk – Typing – arenaflex

As a key member of our Construction Department, you will play a vital role in processing invoices, verifying financial information, and supporting our Admin Office Manager with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process all invoices in INFOR, verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creation, and routing as needed

  • Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval
  • Electronically and paper file invoices processed as needed
  • Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties, including administrative tasks and special projects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day

  • Ability to occasionally move about inside the office
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment

Job Qualifications:

* Must have experience in data entry and be self-motivated with minimum supervision

  • 10-key by touch is preferred, but not required
  • Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Must be familiar with various office equipment
  • Must pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
