As the CSM for a dedicated book of business, you will own the post-sale customer experience, from customer onboarding to revenue retention. More specifically you will: - Leverage your expert analytical skills to deliver results against our shared measures of success with customers - Implement and optimize solutions that improve product performance - Create and guide the customer through data driven narratives that provide meaningful insights, partnering with our Sales and Product Strategy teams to deliver results against our shared measures of success - Work with AdOps to oversee the accurate implementation of new campaigns and integrations Key Focuses: - Serve as a trusted partner and recruitment expert to key customer stakeholders - Establish deep relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their challenges, and offering strategic guidance to help them meet their recruiting goals - Collaborate with Sales and Product Strategy teams to deliver results and create a great customer experience, leading to revenue retention, renewals, and upsells - Monitor and optimize performance to ensure measure of success targets are exceeded - Oversee account setup and project manage the implementation to launch, Please mention the word
