We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven MSP Channel Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new Managed Service Providers (MSPs) as clients and driving revenue growth through strategic cloud services sales. This position requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in consultative selling to MSPs. This position can be based either remotely or in our Grand Rapids, MI office location. FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential MSP clients, understanding their business needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our cloud services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's footprint within the MSP market.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within MSP organizations, understanding their pain points and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and our cloud services offerings to effectively articulate the benefits and differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of services.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market feedback to the sales leadership team. Expert in verbal communications and customer service

Experience and Skills What you bring to the team:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a focus on selling cloud services or related technologies.
  • Previous experience in sales or client relationship or service in the MP community is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, communications or engineering is a plus.
  • Understanding of MSPs: Familiarity with the Managed Service Provider market, including an understanding of their business models, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cloud technologies like virtual servers, RMM, cybersecurity, backup, & DR solutions. Familiarity of Windows servers, RDS servers, architecture and design.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Intense dedication to client service and development.
  • Work Environment: Fast paced based on quota achievement and new client targets.
  • Valid, active driver's license with a good driving record as defined by US Signal's current insurance provider.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,000 - $100,000 at the time of posting. This does not include commission earned. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Working Conditions and Physical Demands: This position operates in a variety of environments. Most of the time is spent working remotely, but occasional travel may be required.
