Your Role

As a Customer Success and Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Hero: You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, understanding their needs, desires, and pain points. By doing so, you'll help us create a customer-centric experience that sets us apart from the competition.
  • Expert Support: You'll provide top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your expertise will help resolve issues efficiently, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Conceptional Shaping of arenaflex Product: You'll play a crucial role in shaping the arenaflex product by gathering valuable customer feedback. This input will help us conceptualize new features and solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.
  • Onboarding Support: You'll facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, providing them with valuable advice on registering, identifying, and getting ready to use the investment platform.
  • Process Improvement: You'll contribute to improving the customer touchpoint process and take ownership of small projects, such as updating the FAQ section of our website to ensure our customers have access to the latest information.

Your Tasks

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Language Proficiency: You should be fully proficient in German and English (C1 level in both). Swiss German and/or French would be a strong plus.
  • Passion for arenaflex's Mission: You should be excited to spread the word about arenaflex's mission to mainstream impact investing.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You should be a great problem solver with a lot of empathy for people and their situations.
  • Open and Communicative Personality: You should be an open, communicative personality with experiences in phone duty or email support.
  • Affinity for Technology: You should be a person who likes to use tools to track customer feedback and has an affinity for technology.
  • Team Player: You should be lots of fun to work with and a team player.
  • Technical Skills: You should be proficient in standard office IT tools and CRM systems (e.g., MS Office, preferably G-Suite, Jira or Zendesk).
  • Financial Knowledge: Financial knowledge is not a must, but it's a plus if you're interested in how to change the world with proper financial allocation.

Your Profile
