What You Will Do at arenaflex

As a Client Success Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional value to our customers throughout their entire journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Partner with the sales team during the pre-sales phase to provide technical insights, demo solutions, and assess fit for the customer's needs.
  • Implementation: Drive the technical aspects of the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and integration of solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for customers, helping resolve complex issues related to HL7 v2, FHIR (STU3 and R4), and other Healthcare-related data exchange protocols.
  • Customer Training: Conduct technical training sessions for customers, enabling them to effectively use our products and optimize their workflows.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Product Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the development teams to help shape future product enhancements.

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience:

5+ years of experience

working in healthcare IT, customer success, or a related role.

Experience working with RESTful and/or SOAP APIs

to integrate and automate workflows.

Knowledge of Internet Security protocols and implementations

, including TLS, mutual TLS, OAuth, IPSEC, and SFTP.

Experience with Project Management

.

Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards

, including HL7 v2, FHIR, IHE, and CDA.

Experience with Mirth (or other integration engines)

is a plus.

Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

to build trust and rapport with customers.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving mindset

with a focus on delivering customer value.

* Market-based approach to pay: We take a market-based approach to pay, and the base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $145,000, based on experience and geography.
