Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation, discipline, and time management
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting
  • Be over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with comfort using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
