We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Specialist to join our remote team, providing exceptional customer support to our clients through Live Chat and email messaging. Position Overview:

As a part-time (24 hours/week) Online Specialist, you'll be responsible for offering remote Live Chat and email support to our clients. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, customer service expertise, and a passion for beauty and conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant product information and recommendations

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through Live Chat and email messaging
  • Respond in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Resolve complaints by offering solutions or escalating to management
  • Document client interactions and follow up as appropriate
  • Stay up-to-date on product information, new releases, beauty industry trends, and customer service best practices
  • Attend regional trainings twice a year

Essential Qualifications:

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Experience in a customer service role, with a preference for the luxury beauty industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills, including typing and navigating different software programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor
  • Passion for beauty and conservation

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a remote customer support role

  • Familiarity with luxury beauty products and trends
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
